What we collect

To fulfil an order we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and the payment reference you send. We do not collect or store card numbers — all four payment methods we accept are handled entirely outside this website.

How we use it

Order data is used to process, pack and ship your order and to answer support questions about it. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with anyone except the courier who needs the delivery address.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained only as long as needed to handle refunds and disputes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
