Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 4pm are packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after that go out the next working day. Because payment is manual, dispatch starts when the funds land — not when the order is placed.

Packaging

Everything ships in plain, sealed, odour-proof packaging. There is no branding, no product name and no indication of contents anywhere on the outside, and the return address is neutral.

Delivery times and cost

Tracked delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Orders over $200 ship free; below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

If something goes wrong

If tracking stalls for more than five working days or shows the parcel as lost, contact us with your order number. We will reship or refund.
